Jeff is an IFBB Pro and the 2003 Team Universe Overall Champion. He has used Max-OT exclusively for the last 5 years and is proof positive that this is simply the best way to train, period.

Day 1: Monday – Chest and Triceps

The sets listed in the workout below do not include warm-up sets.

Flat Barbell Bench Press 2 4 to 6
Incline Barbell Bench Press 2 4 to 6
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 2 4 to 6
Triceps
One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Extensions 1 4 to 6
Dumbbell Kickbacks 1 4 to 6
Cable Push-downs 1 4 to 6
Lying Tricep Extensions 1 4 to 6

* Remember, the weight you use should be light enough to do four reps, but heavy enough so you can’t do more than 6 reps. Each set should be done to positive failure.
