Where to begin

Beginning an exercise program can be a little intimidating. In fact, it can be very intimidating not to mention, very confusing. There is so much information out there, how could you possibly figure out where to begin?

It may seem like everything you read is geared towards advanced lifters. What about someone who has never touched a weight before but wants to make some positive changes to his or her health and physique?

I worked in various gyms from the time I started bodybuilding at age 16 all the way up until I moved to Colorado to start this great job with AST Sports Science. In that time I saw many people walk through the gym doors. Some became consistent fitness enthusiasts and some, after a week or two, were never seen again.

I’m here to give you a head start by sharing with you some of what I have learned over the past 10 years.
