There's no question that it is real tough controlling certain cravings, but there are some worthwhile snacks that will help tame this craving without adding many calories.

One snack I recommend is pretzels. These have virtually no fat, are low in calories, and will do a good job of eliminating hunger cravings.

Another snack is popcorn. But you need a hot air popper and want to avoid the microwave popcorn. Even the low-fat microwave popcorn is relatively high in fat. Popcorn is a great snack when you are just craving something to eat. But remember, don't eat until your hearts content. Just enough to stave off the pangs.

Now if you want to turn a snack into a sure enough muscle-builder, I suggest whipping up some Muscle-XGF pudding. This is perfect to satisfy your cravings and supplies loads of muscle-building nutrients at the same time as well as 38 grams of muscle-building protein.

You just take a bowl, add a serving of Muscle-XGF, pour in about 6 ounces of skim milk, and stir with a spoon until smooth. I especially like this at night time when I am craving something sweet. This is a perfect way to kill the cravings and ad potent muscle-building nutrition all in one.
