That's exactly what I am telling you. Creatine in a liquid will begin to degrade in a matter of hours. And when I say liquid I'm referring to "serum" also. They call it serum just to make you think it's different than a liquid. It's not.

Creatine breaks down rapidly when in a liquid and the more acidic the liquid (which most pre-packaged creatine drinks are), the quicker and more completely it will break down. It degrades into creatinine which is the waste byproduct of creatine metabolism. Your body eliminates creatinine as it considers it a toxin. And since it's a toxin, it's not a great idea to be drinking it.

I’m making serious gains using Max-OT. I do have a few weak body parts however. Should I do extra sets or reps for these weak areas?

Most of the prepackaged drinks are quite acidic and have added acids for taste. This only enhances the creatine degradation.

It's not inconvenient to throw a little powder in a shaker bottle and then add water when you are ready to drink it. It's simple, safer, and you won't be drinking what your body really should be pissing out. And as an added bonus, you'll get the results that pure creatine will deliver.

You mean to tell me that the creatine drink I buy at my gym, the one that’s ready to drink in the cooler, is no good?
