I also like train early in the morning but absolutely not on an empty stomach. I find early in the morning is the best time for me to train. I think the longer the day goes on, the more excuses people think of to miss their workout. Getting it done early means whatever turmoil happens in your day, at least you’ve trained!

Training on an empty stomach is never a good idea and we have shown in research we’ve published that a VP2 Whey Isolate or VP2 Whey Isolate and DGC taken before training increases protein synthesis after training. I highly recommend a VP2 Whey Isolate and DGC mixture before training. Add a serving of Dymetadrine Xtreme and you have a dynamic pre-workout stack that primes your body for both intensity and growth.

After training protein synthesis rates are dramatically stimulated for many hours. When you train in the morning you then have the entire remainder of the day to feed and nourish your stimulated muscles for growth. When you train in the afternoon or evening you only have a few opportunities to feed your muscles before you go to sleep and literally starve your muscles at the time they need nutrients the most. This difference alone will provide an incredible difference in the rate of muscle growth.

Training in the morning simply creates the metabolic atmosphere and provides a much larger “window” to support growth and recuperation throughout the day.

I like training in the morning and I’ve read I should train on an empty stomach. Why would it be good to train on an empty stomach?
