GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) is a very unique amino acid that has been shown to increase growth hormone levels, enhance recovery, increase muscle mass, reduce body fat, and help promote restful sleep. All pretty good effects I’d say.

A cool thing about GABA is you can actually feel it right away. It is very common to experience a tingling sensation in your extremities for a brief period after you take it. You will also feel more relaxed and notice that you are sleeping better. There is no doubt I recover so much better using GABA.
