When is the best time to take DGC?

DGC is a unique glucose crystal that supplies the perfect fuel for muscle action and recovery.

Most bodybuilders don’t realize that just 3 maximum effort sets can deplete muscle glycogen stores by 60%. And exercise-induced muscle damage impairs glucose uptake into muscle.  Therefore, if the lean mass gains aren’t happening as you’d like, it could be due to not enough quality fuel being deposited in muscle. Therefore I also recommend adding ½-1 scoop of DGC to any liquid meal to boost carbohydrate content.

From a timing perspective, here’s how you can take DGC to optimize the anabolic response from training.

Take ½ a scoop of DGC with Anabolic Rush & VP2 just before a workout.
Take another ½ a scoop DGC with VP2 immediately post training.

I particularly like DGC because it can be mixed in with water, juice or any liquid for a potent, energy-rich muscle fuel source. It’s 25% less sweet than table sugar so it will not overly sweeten other mixtures.
