I’ve heard that people have two different types of body fat – white and brown. Is this true? If so, could you tell me how they differ?

Brown adipose tissue (together with skeletal muscle) is an important site of thermogenisis, while white adipose tissue provides much of the fuel for thermogenisis.

The Max-OT training recommends the 4-6 repetition range. Is this stimulating only the slow twitch muscle fibers? Don’t we need to develop both fibers in order to get the fullest muscle development? What about the people that have more fast twitch than slow twitch muscle fibers?
