I go mountain biking for 3 or 4 hours on the weekend. However, I’ve heard that endurance exercise may decrease testosterone production. I don’t want low testosterone levels, so could you tell me if this is true?

Based on all the research on the topic of testosterone responses to exercise, it appears that intense, short duration exercise is best for increasing circulating levels of this anabolic hormone.
